This jam has no preservatives or additives. It is designed to be sweet enough but not too sweet. The ingredients listed on the label are all that is in the jam. What is not listed is the love and passion that is put into the preparation. Each bottle is touched and prepared with an abundance of love and passion. When you taste it you will understand! I hope you will also find creative ways of using the jam beyond the traditional jam on toast.

The seeds can be dried, roasted and eaten or ground into flour and cooked as porridge or used to make sauce for stews. The makataan is also used to make jam but it is rare to find this jam in the shops. It takes a lot of the preparation effort and the melon is not easily available on the market. These melons make amazingly delicious jam.
